Our updates

Made it to Australia:

Made it to Sydney late arvo and headed to Sofitel to dump our bags and relax. The next day we had to check out by 12.00 but our flight wasn't until 10pm so we had the entire day to kill. We walked around alot of central Sydney and did some window shopping, as trust me nothing else was going in our suitcases! Went through the botanical gardens where there was about 20 cockatoo birds that seem quite tame and if you hold up a certain leaf with a seed in the bottom they just come and land on your arm or shoulder to take it from you. Mind you, you have to watch what they else they would like to chomp like your fingers! I left the bird whispering to Steve and just took the photos.
